Watch Erik Morales vs Jose Alfaro live on PPV this coming March 27, 2010. The Champion Returns welcomed Erik Morales for his return in the ring and he will be facing the former WBA lightweight titlist Jose Alfaro (23-5, 20 KO’s). This event will take place in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
Morales was said to retire after his lose to David Diaz by a 12 round decision last August 2007. That was his fourth consecutive lose and that he should gave up with boxing for good. It is unknown what has caused Morales to want to make a comeback after all this time and he is even after Manny Pacquiao.
In an interview at The Record, Morales says that he’ll retire from boxing again if he lose to Alfaro on the 27th. Morales might want to get his retirement speech ready, because there’s a good chance that he’ll be beaten by Alfaro. The fight will be taking place at 142 instead of lightweight, a move made because it would likely be incredibly hard for Morales to make lightweight after all this time. Dont miss this great comeback fight. Watch Erik Morales vs Jose Alfaro Live.
